my all previous grievance on pgportal registration numbers are below,

1) DOTEL/E/2018/17749
2) DOTEL/E/2018/27092
3) DOTEL/E/2019/00490

in all the above grievance jio is just taking time (180 days) and money (for recharge) all time they are just asking for 90 days and i recharge because of trusting on pgportal, but each time jio failed to provide proper service, they are just telling lie about new site, in my last grievance i asked for compensation because i recharge more than 2 times for getting jio service, but 4g scam in my area jio is not able to provide 4g service, kindly take a strict action against the jio or charge a high penalty for making customer fool. i hope this time portal will teach a lesson to jio, thanks
