internet services not working

hi team, Internet stopped working in reliance jio network from last 6 days ( jan 1st 2020) , JIO network is saying , they are working on this problems and not providing any timeline and complaint number also.

they said, there is a problem at JIO system end.

Note: JIO trying to cheat customers like promising providing good network
