Charging more money and changed the plan without my confirmation

Hi Team,

I have attached the deposit amount receipt in which my name is mentioned properly. While the Airtel telecom Service Providers have not updated my name properly in both the Mobile bills.
For details see the attached Bill screen shot (Cropped).

Due to these, I'm not able to claim the Mobile bills amount in my company and the deposit amount is adjusted in the first month bills while for the second months bills still the deposit amount is not adjusted. For details see the screen shot of the email.

I had opted for Airtel Corporate Plan but I had been given the different plan and the Airtel Service Specialist has agreed in the email that my plan will be changed to Corporate Plan after providing the details mentioned in the email.

I have provided those details to the Airtel Service Specialists and still I have not received any updated from them.

Please do the needful.
