CALL DROP, we are facing acute call drop problem due to very week signal

R/sir,
we are facing acute call drop problem due to very week signal since last one and more year and due to week signal we are unable to access the internet service in this regard I had lodge a complaint to Air Tel customer care against ref no. Ref57038527 dated 11/12/2017 but till date no any resolution make by service provider consequently we had loose too many rupees due to call drop and unable to access internet. Now I pray to honorable consumer court give us justice to punish the said telecom company.
