I have issue with one om logistics packers and movers

I was working in delhi and planned to move to bangalore so i have requested my room mate mr dev mishra mobile (8010585196) and booked online sharing transport quote was 15300rs shared my logistic manger mr ankit (9990530011) from om logistics packers and movers he call and shared quote from his whatsapp we asked him final amount is 15300 he said yes 14th sunday october 2018 people have come to pack my material and took to warehouse vehicle no dl-1l-s-4607 we pad 600rs for workers after that we took list of items which was handover to mr sandeep (8689008250) later evening we got call from ankit for some advance i have transferred 10, 000 online from standard charted bank to icici bank and told them remaining 5300rs will be paid after reaching bangalore he agreed

He said monday he will confirm the billing with amount receipt and sent a bill amount of 45810rs bill no 5124 when we question anikit he said he will change and send gave one more new bill with same bill no 5124 with amount 36, 300rs after asking him about goods track he shared driver no suresh (8168699150) and he saying vehicle is in rajasthan jaipur vadodara

Now they are not sharing proper location of goods and demanding extra money or blank cheque if we ask for goods details he is not giving proper answer

Finally mr ankit (9990530011) said he will file fir if goods is not collect and forced to pay 23, 000

Made payment and next day i got my goods but 80% of goods was damage it was very bad condition when i called anit he said to share pic now he is not responding my good values was up to 2 lakh for which i made insurance but company not helping to claim or taking responsibility

I am in very pain looking at my goods pls help

Tried calling head office/ sent multiple email no reprocess yest
