1. With due respect and humble submission I beg to lay down the following few lines for your kind consideration and favorable action please.
2. My name is Sajeev Kumar T , Vrindavanam, Kamukumchery PO, kollam district, (KERALA) PIN 689696 have a defence pension account at CBI Pathanapuram which account No is 1658859150 and my PPO No is S/053236/2005 dated 10 Feb 2006.
3. One Rank On Pension benefits belongs to the above individual not yet been credited or received. All pensioners are received their benefits on the first week of Mar 2016.
4. In view of the above you are requested to intimate why the delay being occurred.
5. You are requested to credit my pension benefits at the earliest.
