Fraud call for lucky credit card consumer compalint

Hi , I received a call from a company on 27th April 2016 stating that m a lucky credit card user who has been paying bills in time, so they will be issuing a lifetime card for payment of Rs 7500 , and I shall be getting 20 percent off on most of the outlets and online websites as well. A card will be issued , and you just need to swipe that card at outlets or fill in the card no as discount coupon to avail discount on online shopping. I would like you to verify this by getting their conversation records. I made the payment after following IVR.27/03/2016 PAYU MONEY GURGAON IN Direct Marketing 7,870.00 Received the package too. However, when I got myself registered, I found that discount is hardly 5 percent and for any purchases you need to make the pre payment and then use that as a coupon as well it was assured hat BigBazaar and pantaloon stores i will be getting 10% discount, but when i produced the cards,Big Bazarr said their is no discount on such cards called transdeal.i called customer care no +917065277628 by big shopping and they siad they will get back to me ,i have send emails too, but their is no response from the company,I asked the company to de register me and give my money back. The customer care told it's not possible . I told them you never mentioned it earlier, however the girl did not agree and told n e in a very rude way that it's n I t possible and you please enjoy the services, when I enquired about discount being 5% and not 20% and also the procedure to be so difficult which was never explained attached the time of selling the card, she had no answer.she also mentioned that in the mail which I confirmed my address they have written that membership cannot be cancelled but that is not the case.They have sent me holiday voucher for 2 days i have received 2 vouchers, but it eas confirmed i will have to pay nothing ,but when i received the voucher at the time of booking 1000/- rs has to be paid..
