flipkart cheating customer

Hi,

I had purchased a toy from flipkart and had requested for a replacement. Their customer service instead of providing replacement,made the request as refund. Now I don't have an account in India wherein they can refund the amount to so I requested that the money be transferred to Flipkart money. But they refuse to do so. This is an ongoing issue and they have failed to resolve it which they themselves have created.
