Alliance Broadband internet connection too much slow and bad Service

Last 15 days approx my internet connection is too much slow. I complained several of time but they till now do nothing. Some sites are too much ping loss, around 40 to 70% specially at night. I can't open my study related sites also. I complained so many times but they had no interest to solve my problem. And the local operator has no such interest in my case. Please Help me out as early as possible.
