Mobile tower installed in locality causes severe health issues

Dear Sir,
As my family including my old aged parents and two year old child is in very much danger since my neighborhood named Mr soumen Datta installed mobile tower in his house roof which is not very far away from my home and not in a reasonable hight. As the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body such as brain haemorrhage, continuously headaches, vomiting feeling etc. Also when the generator runs ,emmits high level of noise pollution as well as vibrates in very treamounds way.Resulting which my old aged father met with severe heart attack with two consecutive times which cost me Rs.5.00 lakh approx for treatment .Further that when we asked about the radiation report the home owner refused to provide so and threatened us by saying do whatever you can.
Therefore kindly put some action and take appropriate steps for removal of the tower .
