Sir,
I bought a Woodland Footwear Men SNDAL GD 1153112Y15 BLACK 40 ) on
11/06/2017 from Wood Land Shop Lulu Mall Kochi for Rs. 3295/-. Started using it on 03/07/2017 and found the velcro strip damaged and returned the item to the shop on 12/07/2017, but they were not ready for replacing this damaged piece.
They took more than 13 days to patch the damage in the item. After this I contacted Wood land Customer care and send mail to them. I have copied the content of the mail below.

I bought this item ( Footwear Men SNDAL GD 1153112Y15 BLACK 40 ) on
11/06/2017 from Wood Land Shop Lulu Mall Kochi for Rs. 3295/-. Started using it on 03/07/2017 and found the velcro strip damaged and returned the item to the shop on 12/07/2017, but they were not ready for replacing this damaged piece. Shop keeper told me to give a service to repair the velcro strip after submitting to the company and it took almost 13 days to get it back (got it today, 25/07/2017). But the work is not satisfactory ( local patch work ) it seems to get damage very soon. I don't know why they behave like, with arrogant face, it's the new one then why should i didn't get a replacement for the item? I have to use the repaired item for the rest of the time even though I spent this much amount. I request you to get a replacement for the item.
But they gave me reply to wait patiently on First August 2017.

So far no positive response from the suppliers and I consider this as a fraudulent act. I have a bad experience from the shopkeeper and the company too is not responding about this. So i decided to file a complaint in the consumer court.
