BAILE Masrurbator cup VAGINA SHAPE for men मुझे कोरियर एजेंट से दिनांक 09/06/2022 को प्राप्त हुआ। इसका वायब्रेटर व पावर केबल काम नहीं कर रही है। स्नेपडील एप में मैंने इसी दिन कस्टरमर केयर नम्बर कम्पलेन दर्ज कराई, तो मैसेज आया कि इसी दिन शाम 4 से 5 बजे के बीच कस्टमर केयर से कालबेक आएगा। लेकिन अभी तक कालबेक नहीं आया है। इस दिन कालबेक नहीं आए पर अगले दिन दिनांक 10/06/2022 को स्नेपडील के हेल्प संेटर पर का कस्टमर केयर का कांटेक्ट नम्बर काल का आप्शन को सलेक्ट किया, आर्डर रिलेटेड क्वैरी की तो मेरे वाट्सअप पर मैसेज आया कि सिस्टम पर आपकी कम्पलेन पहले से ही मौजूद है। कस्टमर प्रतिनिधि बहुत जल्दी आपको कालबेक करेंगे। लेकिन कालबेक नहीं आया। तो मैंने फिर से 10 जून को कम्पलेन दर्ज कराई। लेकिन अभी तक कुछ भी कार्यवाही नहीं हुई है। इस प्रोडक्ट में शर्त दी गई हैं कि डिफेक्टीव या डेमैज प्रोडक्ट होने पर डिलीवरी होने के 4 से 6 दिन अवधि में प्रोडक्ट को चेंज किया जा सकता है। इसके लिए हेल्प सेंटर पर कम्पलेन दर्ज करानी होगी। कम्पलेन दर्ज कराने के बाद भी प्रोडक्ट अभी तक चेंज नहीं हुआ है। प्रोडक्ट की डिलीवरी हुए अभी 5 दिन हुए है। आप श्री मान् से अनुरोध हैं कि इस प्रोडक्ट को change करवाया जाए या इससे अधिक कीमत का प्रोडक्ट खरीदने पर इसकी भुगतान की गई राशिी 3500 रूपए उसमें एडजेस्ट कराया जाए। मेरे मोबाइल नम्बर है 9414331875
