Showroom Person's wrong behaviour, Perfect Time Titan Authorised Showroom

I am purchased a new Titan Sonata watch from Badlapur W located showroom Perfect Time Titan Authorised Showroom on 7th Jan 2018, but I found that watch is faulty so that watch submitted in same showroom for replacement. After many complaintings Titan Service Centre ready to change watch and confirm me same on 21st Feb to collect new watch from same showroom ie Perfect Time . But showroom manager Mrs. Deepali refused to provide new watch and request for waiting another 8 days.
Today on 27th Feb again I visit to showroom for collect watch then showroom person told me that they provide any watch which cost is 999 only but their were no more watch available and I request for higher cost watch and also ready to pay difference amount but they not agree for same.
I visited to showroom many times after confirming by Titan customer care for collect new watch but every time I get wrong treatment by showroom person. So I complaing here to take legal action against showroom.
