Sales girl give me used lip gloss and when i spoke to the store manager he said its ur fault coz u

day before yesterday i went to pantaloons rajpur road dehradun i purchased a product of colourbar lips strain when i reached home i checked the product it was bloody aready used and they give me a bloody stupid excuse that it was nt used and it happen coz u shake it coz all the lip straincome out of the bottle dude seriously just cut the crab i mean seriously i called the store manager instead of taking serious action and changing the product he said non transferable product this was the last time i am visting this store and guys plz check ur product if u visit that store and dont trust the sales girl or u will suffer it was not about bloody 1000 bucks lip gloss but its about how due to such ppl brand loose their clients and customers plz visit the outlet in pacific mall if u want to purchase any colourbar stuff even they dnt gv discount they told me that it is valid in the outlet only wtf was that am not getting this and i really want to responsble person to take a proper interview will hiring such kinda people am sorry this was my last visit to pantloons and the store manager he told me he will call me for the product change but he dint 1000 bucks doesnt matter what matters is u guys are loosing ur clients and breaking their trust and i will never suggest anyone to visit that store good bye and guys u check see the marks on the bottle outside i guess u guys are not blind and i dnt think if the store manager told me that its coz it is liquid based than why the hell it is not leaking i want the authority to take serious action against ppl who support the wrong doers instead of listening to the client complains i uploaded pic and video both u can check and i can bet in whole ddun nobody is going to gv u a used lip stain and i called the manager on the given number i spoke to him he didnt take any action manager
