I bought a Vu led TV order I'd No. 211769654827656000 12 March 2108 & Delivered 21st March 2108, the Engineer visit provided by flipcart for Installation and Demo service in 22 March 2018, the technician found the product damage then he submitted his Site report his senior, then the flipcart approved my replacement on the Date of 24 March.
But the flipcart not given my replacement till date
