Not exchanging the the item with larger size, it is not fitting right

I purchased my item on 30th december and when i try the jeans it is not fitting right so i went to the shop which is 15kms away from my home for exchanging the the jeans with a larger size,the item is not used ,it have all the tags ,not even damaged. So i went to the ,the shop owner told that it cant be exchanged because it is in the company rules,that a a product on sale cannot be exchanged but i bought 30th and came for exchange for same product with larger size. Shop owner told to talk in company. So we called in head office of flying machine in bangalore on number 08041550650 they told "aaj manager nhi hai kl phone krna" and they cutted the call .the next day when i called i asked all about these and they said that nothing can be done,so i told "then i will complain in consumer court" and they replied "jo krna hai karo humko kuch farak nhi padhtha h " and they ended the call.The item was on sale of buy 2 get 2 free.
