Mis guiding offeres and service shopping at splash store located in 1st floor Viviana Mall thane

Me and my wife was did shopping at splash store located in 1st floor Viviana Mall thane on 28 jan 2018 while shopping the salesmen over there told us that there is a offer that if u purchase of Rs 2600 you will get coupon worth Rs 2600 which will be redeemed during 1st to 15th Feb 2018 on non discounted products and should be used at splash stores only. On shopping of products they gave me 6 coupons worth Rs.2600 x 6 = 15600/- afterword I visited the store again to redeem those coupons when I selected some non discounted products of brands such as bossini n being human etc available in same store but when i go to billing counter the person told me that the coupon is valid for only splash brand however i asked him that no one has told me that the coupon is not valid for branded products and nothing such is written on the discount coupons I got from store for the same they replied that only splash has writes to change OFFERS n shown me the Terms and Conditions apply* sign on coupons then I showed them terms and condition printed of backside of that coupon and where it is not mentioned regarding the brands on which this coupons will get redeemed then guy named Vijay given me copy of terms and conditions which clearly printed on 14-02-2018 only and kept hidden from customers for fooling customers for the same I tried to communicate the store manager for the same but he was not present on duty. After words when i asked that I want to do complaint to their higher authorities they called around 10 to 12 security personnels and the man who leading them tried to force me to not to raise complaint however I managed to dial 100 no and called police for help. THEN police Beat marshal came n ask us to visit Vartak Nagar Police Station for making complaint and we visited to Vartak Nagar Police Station for giving complaint they refused to take FIR and stated that this issue is not related to police n asked me to file complaint with consumer court I had also filed online complaint at splash website for same on 15-02-2018
