Harrasment complaint to lokenath gift shop

My husband purchased a city gold chain on 14th febuary by mistake,he doesn't know I have the same chain before,so I wanted to replace the chain instead of a lipstick,when I asked for that the shopkeeper asked to come another day within 7days she will replace that,then after two days when I asked for so the father of the shopkeeper denied to replace the chain instead of lipstick,he can change that instead of any city gold item,not with anything else.But I don't need any city gold item from his shop I can buy anything from his shop in that price,I didn't asked to return money.I need help.
