Sir/Madam,
I Purchase Product (Luminous Vento Deluxe 200mm Black color )from Online portal www.shoponn.com on dated 03.01.2020.and received on on 06.01.2020.when I checked and found different product as I ordered in Box Luminous 150mm in white color .My order no. ORN20201222439. In this view I send all snap shot to portal customer care through email:- contactus@shopon.in and I call customer care on next day Ph no.02312663355. I also call continues from 09.01.2020 to 14.01.2020 on every morning to resolved the issue but they not take this matter seriously and neglect my complain .

As per portal return policy clearly they mention if customer received product different as describe or damaged the customer is eligible to product fully replace or full refund amount. but they are not agree to replace / refund for this.
In this view kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.
