    My name is Pankaj Shukla, i have placed an order online on stylezaade.com for Samsung Guru 1200 combo of mobile & 16 GB Memory Card, but received a fake product which is not even in working condition , i have tried calling to the customer care number it didn't reach and moreover its a mobile number which was switched off, i paid Rs 949 for it, I guess its a fake website cheating the people sending them fake items, so please kindly take action against the website before and stop them cheating people by delivering fake products.     I have orderd samsung guru mobile along with 16 gb memory card order id:OID115122, but received entirely different mobile phone of duoss also the memory card provided does not seem to be geniune and mobile charger does not properly work.
    I want to return the product and take refund.

    I by mistake ordered a head phone n power bank combo..i thought to reject it but I wasn't available so my owner picked it..n I saw the product n its not original n full low quality..n no number to call n tell about return..my money waste..plz do something..
