i have bought a neclace and this was on COD.....bt as soon as we opend our parcel ...we realised that it was not of worth...then i registered for returning ...the company boy came nd took away the necklace saying your cash will be transferred to your amazon account..from the very day that is 6th of oct ..we tried to connect to company custmer care ..bt they showed no intrest ...then regularly we kept on calling them...they gave lame excuses ....and now when we are again trying to contact them they are disconnecting my call....they have fooled us....and we want a strict action against them
