With Lenovo Zuk Zp mobile, defective speaker delivered?

Hi, my name is Lucky kumar, resident of Faizabad. One month ago I had purchased a Lenovo Zuk Z1. It worked very well for more than a month while the guarantee was for one year but now the speaker of this mobile has got defective. Taking this matter I went to Lenovo service center where I was told about the mobile to have a defect in speaker and with this there was some network problem which I was facing during my call. I was very much irritated with this problem. I had to get it repaired soon, So when I was told that this mobile would take 2 hours in repairing, I waited and it began to work well.
But after one month the same problem happened and with this problem a more problem was added to this that its camera was not functioning well. So I got irritated more because what is the use of the guarantee when so many problems have emerged in my mobile. So I want you to replace the mobile with another or refund my money.my Levono service center request number is SOIN023003XX09260071. Please expedite my request and look forward to giving a quick response.
