Sir, I have purchased a exide battery for my scooty on 07/06/2018 but this battery stops functioning and then I lodged a complaint on 18/04/2018 to exide customer care having complaint reference number- EJR0068140. The customer care executive told me that the concerned engineer will contact me in 4 to 5 days but till date I have not received any call from exide engineer and I have been suffering a lot due to my battery. Kindly take some action against the careless exide company.
