Regarding Insurance claim complain Amtrust Mobile Solutions

I have registered for insurance claim of my phone Lenovo k8 Note which was broken in an accident. They sent me form to fill up. I have sent the form with all the required documents. But they say that they did not received any documents. I have sent the documents again. When I contact them they sometimes say that phone is under repair sometimes say repair is at hold because of insufficient documents. Everytime I call, they say it will take 10 working days. It has been a long time. Please take appropriate action.
