Not email cibil report despite the payment Rs 440 / and acknowledge by company Transunion CIBIL

I have paid service charge of Rs 440 to the company Transunion CIBIL for credit report through SBI netbanking on 14/12/2022. Company acknowledge the same and replied" your CIBIL score is 757. Detailed credit report will be emailed to the mail ID you have provided in the application form. Please note that the report will be available in 5 working days".I have raised same complain to the company and reply received by the company through mail on 05/01/23 is "For your reference ,service request number for this interaction is 2950422.We will respond to you within 2 working days(Monday -Friday)" . After that I have neither received cibil report nor any respone .
