I bought honor 6x which was working well till June 2017, but automatically it started charging

as in Feb. 2017 I bought honor 6x which was working well till June 2017, but automatically it started charging slowly where in an hour 80% was charging now it was 5-10%. I will not say that the product is bad but what the hell is wrong with charger. The problem in phone is before one and a half month there was the option of video calling and suddenly it went invisible. I request to service center and customer care and manufacturers what the wrong is it. Plz overcome the problems so that i could use it properly.
