Hindware appliances not giving service

I had purchased hindware cooktop on 15th November 2019. Within 15 days of purchase knobs got jammed and came off the cooktop. Also flame is very low even on high settings. I contacted many times to hindware customer care and the dealer who sold me this. I have been pleading them to send technician and look into the issue. But till date nobody has come for service. I keep calling and pleading them to send technician and they assure me that technician will visit in 24 hours but no body comes.this has been going on from 28th of December 2019 when i first lodged complaint with hindware customer care. Kindly look into the matter and give me resolution.its been more than a month but i have not received any service.
