Booking canceled by oyo, My booking was confirmed

On 3 july i made a booking for 4-5 july 2019
My booking id is- KJTB4368
My booking was confirmed and amount which was showing on 'PAYABLE AMOUNT' had been deducated from my bank account
But then i recieved a mail from oyo that I have to pay 250 rs more othewise my booking will be cancel by oyo.. i had raised more than 3 complaints against this they always say that they are transferring call to seniour team and hold my call for 30-40 mintues then the call automatically disconnects.My experience with @oyorooms was wrost before this issue i had suffered same issue with my previous booking which had been done on 2 july but after talking to seniour team they accpets that that is technical issue but this time i got same problem
