Booked Bus tickets, but neither bus sent nor refund provided

I, Manoj Kumar Singh, booked two bus tickets (Sleepers), one from 'Kushinagar to Delhi' for me for Rs.1784/- and the another from 'Kushinagar to Grugram' for my relative 'Rabdawati Devi' (51y) for Rs.1886/-, on 15th December 2022 between 10:30am & 10:40am {Total=Rs.3670/-(Invoices attached)} from 'Rao Sahab Travels Pvt Ltd' which was scheduled for 04:40pm on the same day.
I received a call from the Bus Operator (9891285228) at 04:18pm that the bus which I had the births booked in, was broke down and so won't be coming to pick us up. I asked them to make some alternate arrangement then they asked me to come to Nausare in Gorakhpur from where they have another bus scheduled for Delhi, departing at 06:00pm. I told them I won't be able to reach that place before 7-7:30pm as that's more than 70km away and also it's about 12km from the nearest local bus stand so I also had to take a rickshaw for that (which takes atleast 30min) after the bus (which takes atleast 1½ hours) that makes total running time of atleast 2hrs and average waiting-n-walking time is minimum 40-50min. Hence total time for us to be at the asked place is minimum 2½ to 3hrs. That's why I gave them the time of 7-7:30pm. Then the person told me that he would call me back in 15min after discussing with other staff. I waited for about 20min but not received any call so I called back on the same number (9891285228) but it wasn't picked up. I tried calling again and again continuously for next 10min. After that I called from a different number which got picked up but a different person answered and asked me to call at '9265985228'. I called and explained the issue, then again I was told to call back again after 15-20min. I started calling them back after 15min which was picked after several attempts at about 5:32pm and then they started talking very rudely to either reach their place till 6:15pm max or cancel the booking myself and stop bothering them. I told them that the fault was from their's side not mine, so they were obliged to make alternate arrangements or atleast cancel the booking from their side so that I can get my Full amount Refunded. But they denied and didn't comply. After that I had no option left with me, other than to cancel the two tickets from my side which I did immediately (at about 05:37-05:38pm) from the App in "Operator has Cancel the Bus" section (Screenshots attached). It's been about 67 days but it's still showing 'Pending' status.
I wanted to attract your attention towards my issue. I was denied the service (that I had paid for, in advance) at the last moment due to which I had to cancel all my programmes, then I was misbehaved (on the phone) and after all that sufferings I am not even getting the refunds {(1886) + (1784) = (3670)}.
Please look into this matter and process the Refund as early as possible.
Hoping a quick response as well as grievance redressal.
