I have purchase an extended warranty from oneassist in August 18 for 1 year. I have raised a complaint on 07/04/19 with service no 4128436. There is no response from oneassist. I have called their customer care many time and getting same reply to wait for 24 hrs. They have appointed 3 technicians but no one has attended my complaint. I have tried to contact them through FB & TWITTER but of no use. My request is to take appropriate action against oneassist.
