Dear Team,
We are following since last year September-2018, every time your authorised service centre told that the company has major change in service department you have to wait, and we keep waiting, in meanwhile we are trying to bring notice in the company management that we are suffering the company management changes matter but no one noticed the issue, as per our opinion philips is the reputed industries in electronics we are trying so many called to ur customer care but no result, last we hv talk ur area manager Mr Laxman 9999076086, Im continuously follow up with him and he will assure me that we will exchange is to same price other item of same amount but till today not yet received. After that of laxman, Abhishek Ranjan, 9213923834, new one, said that the company stopped the production of that and we cant do anything, so he never said that they refund the value of this, i repeat no refund assured by him, kindly note it, now you said that we have received the refund.

Please note it that when i submit the item to your authorised service centre SHIVAY ELECTRONICS AT RAJ NAGAR GHAZIABAD, WARRANTY OF 3 MONTHS WAS LEFT.

So, you are requested to please check at your end and share the details of refund to whom you gave.
