My bluetooth headset not working, I bought a soundlogic bluetooth headset

I bought a soundlogic bluetooth headset before 3 months and it stopped working after 20 days , it is having 1 year replacement warranty and now i'm trying to contact sound logic service centre they are not replying not picking any call, the only service centre in Mumbai and i live i Delhi, i contact flipkart and told them to replace it but they are saying they can't do. Please suggest me what to do now?
