Fraud by service centre, I have submitted my mobile galaxy

I have submitted my mobile galaxy j8 on 23 July due to hanging issue and hands free jack problem. 1st they told me to wait for approx 2 hrs but later on they said there is an hardware issue in your device collect it on 24july. But on 24 july they said there is an folder issue in your Device and will get repaired till 25july. But when i called them om 25 they said to collect decice on 30 of july as the part available to us is not supporting on ur device and we have ordered new part which will come upto monday and will get repaired upto Tuesday. After this due to all these postpone to repair of my device. I have complaint against them on Samsung customer care no. And he make an conference to the service centre and he said to repair my device as soon as possible. But later on abt 7pm the manager of service centre contact me and demands 8000rs for the repair and said it is the case of water drop. And on 26 he demands 4500rs and now he is demanding 14000 rs approx. And one more thing is that i submitted my device on 23july and he registered my complaint on 26july on Samsung website.
