It has been a year since I bought my stand mixer.(model no. M350/M700). It doesn't work now. I am fed up of searching for service center. I could find only one service center in my locality. Ie. Calicut,Kerala,India.They said they do not repair home appliances. What should I do? I am really frustrated. I bought this product online after confirming that black and decker has a service center in Calicut. Then I called Cochin service center too. They are also telling the same. What should I do now? Can't I get my stand mixer repaired?
