Camera not replaced or repair

I have purchased a DSLR camera Canon 200D Mark II on 22.09.20 against Inv. No. 58 for Rs.51500/- which I have attached. On 26.09.20 the camera stop working by showing "ERR 20".
Immediately I have tried contact with canon Master Service Centre Kolkata but failed due to Saturday and Sunday there off day. On the very next day on 28.09.20 I have visited there office which at 4th floor, 4A Abanindra nath takhur sarani, Camac Street, Kolkata 700017.

They received the camera by saying ERR 20 is a small issue and they will resolve within 2 to 3 days or replaced due to brand new product. Call Id CD0000001037597

Today after 16 days they not repair the camera or replace. Each and every day they are saying parts not available and disconnect the call.

I have purchased the camera for my YouTube channel named "Krishnar Rannaghar with village food". For canon service center I have facing a huge loss due to not uploading videos for 15 days.

Please replace or return your product and refund.
