Inconvenience being caused to Passengers in Auto

This is to bring to your notice that the Auto coming from Maulsari Avenue Road towards Ericsson Building are being stopped to take left most road wheres Autos are allowed in underpass starting from cyber hub and emerging in from of surface parking near Ericsson.

I don't understand when the passenger in the Auto has to be dropped at Ericsson, are not allowed the left most lane.
Traffic in-charge forces Auto to take middle road which is not even at level with left road. So in this case passenger has to cross road at their own risk against the speeding traffic.

If rules are to be applied..it should be applicable to all..not just for auto..the cab drivers drive rashly at full speed not giving chance for pedestrians to cross.

Kindly consider it as serious issue and take action on it.
