Hi,
We had paid 4000 towards AMC service. Post this there has been no response from the company. We have been trying to contact them on different numbers provided by them but they are either switched off or not in use.
We have been given a faulty product from them and have been facing issue from the beginning. Lately we received a Managers number(9739404722) who has been telling us that they will be visiting our location for service .on the last call he had also spoken to us very rudely and asked us to visit their location But when we went to their location it was shut down and got to understand that they moved to other location. They have not made an attempt to do so from last 2 months. We have tried all sources to get help. We feel cheated and need this amount returned.
Also the product they have been giving is faulty and does not work from the first week.We are completely cheated
