Complain Eurekaforbes not providing service to water purifier under AMC

I am a customer of Eurekaforbes make Water purifier since 2007. I paid AMC for regular service (Contract receipt no 10 26557093 dated 28.07.2016). While changing the cartage the service person broke some parts and the water purifier could not fixed in proper way. I paid required AMC charges but till date no person attended the water purifier . If this is the kind of service provided by a reputed company like Eurekaforbes for their products under AMC; it is a serious concern. Kindly instruct appropriate person to provide required service . I am giving details below
