I am forwarding the mail which I have sent to food panda and I have met the restaurant owner, however it is not enough and need legal assistance
It amazes me that how you would get such positive reviews if the restaurants which you have under food panda are such !!!
Below are my 2 issues:
1) I had placed an order yesterday amounting to Rs. 636. (Email confirmation at the bottom of the email. Which i have paid via PayTM. Protein burger shows a cost of Rs. 165. Why in my application show Rs. 0 and now the bill amount is Rs. 449.
Who handles the bill, restaurant or food panda ?
I had a major issue with the same food item, how can it become 0 upon my issue being raised that too after been charged ? (Screenshot attached) I spoke to your customer care executive last evening and he must have logged in the complaint.
2) How easy is it for you get a restaurant on board? what are the checks you have for somebody to sell through you? what is the value of your star ratings? Food regulations have a mandate to mention veg and non veg meals, is there no value of them? How can a restaurant deliver me 2 non veg burgers when i have ordered a veg burger and a non veg burger ????? what is the check which your restaurants have??? is it really that poor and hopeless?? This restaurant should be banned and closed and blacklisted. i will take serious action on you and the restaurant for not only serving me wrong food but also for devastating my moral, culture and personal beliefs due to your carelessness.
Do you think you a capable of giving back what i have lost??????
