Slow internet on jio network, I have 399 plan which i am using now a days

I have 399 plan which i am using now a days and it was all good 3 days back since i shifted to 5 floor on the same building same location and speed has gone really slow , it was not that fast before like a 4g but now it's worst it's like a bsnl 3g which we use 7-8 years back, it's really annoying, wastage of money. Disappointed with jio customer care,they said it will be resolved soon , upon asking said the same thing which i heard 2 years back when i was living on 1 floor in the same area that it will take 120 days as work is going on but no confirmation they can give to me about it, which means they are just hiding around the bush.
