Jio mobile recharge not done and money deducted.

Sir I recharged my mobile no 8887661470 on 29 Nov 2022 from State Bank of India YONO Lite app for Rs 2399/-. as this plan is now removed by jio so my mobile is not active and my amount is also deducted 2399/- which i have not received back yet sir i talked to state bank of india in which i have account they Told that your money has been successfully transferred to Jio merchant, talked to Reliance Jio customer care they say the amount has not come to us. So sir, I request you to kindly refund my money of Rs.2399/-. Thanks for your help

    hello sir i am tarun kumar a jio users customer with a mobile shop named goodluck communication and we do sim details of jio but due to some reason today both sim got damaged and i went to kalka garhi chowk ambedkar to get it changed I go to Road Jio store and the incharge there asks questions like this. Like he is a police officer and not Geostore he is a foodie and we are a criminal not a customer. Whenever I go, I am only told that the server is not coming. Tomorrow he will come, if he goes tomorrow, he will come after 1 hour. If you go after 1 hour then wait till evening, if you go in evening then many other customers like me are found there. He was also being treated in the same way. That's all I want to know. Due to Jio being number one, some wrong minded people want to reverse it and do whatever they want. That's all I want to say. Some kind of action should be taken on this and I should be informed so that I do not put this mail on social media. By the way, I also want to tell you this. I am going to send this complaint to Jio officials all over India. my name is tarun kumar my mobile no. 8700564616 hope so. Please take any kind of action on this and also inform us about it. Thank you.
