Hello,
I recharged my Jio prepaid mobile- 6369054231 just last Sunday (23-01-2022) with Rs 209/-. It is for 28 days.
But from yesterday (28-01-2022) I am receiving messages continuously as - "Your Plan Expired; Recharge..."
What is this?
This happened in last month also.
I got cheated.
Again & again they are continuing this type cheating means, We have No other Go except filing a case against them in Consumer Court.
I have notified this complaint through their Jio App & your web portal also. But No use till now.
I have all the proof including their side messages.
