Purchased one year 4G pack from jio; broadband not working - speed not received; but data gets depleted. Approached customer care, jio appellate, then National consumer Helpline - NCH - INGRAM - Integrated Grievance Redressal Mechanism - jio furnishing same & standard computer generated messages as response. NCH suggested to move consumer commission; but no office bearers there! Jio failed to provide that I purchased from them - 4G data & speed. Demanding refund from jio.
