I also made a ₹ 500 pad online booking for Reliance D2H connection on March 3rd,2018.
But after 7 months (3rd, October 2018) have passed, neither I have received any calls for installation or no engineers have visited my house..
I called Reliance Big TV DTH Customer care service A lot of times in these past 7 months but there was always a Misbehaving to me who answered every time without information disconnected my calls.. every time i am asking about my dth connection, Given Contact No distrubutor of my area, Area Zonal Manager Contact No but Every time he was not given the right information....
I have been abused by customer care in these 7 months, whenever I want to complain to all of these volleys..
I want to make my complaint against Reliance Digital independent TV and take appropriate action...
