No service for last 4 months, I am having BigTv connection and have taken one year subscription.

I am having BigTv connection and have taken one year subscription. For last 4 months they are not provide any service except SAB TV. I have registered compliant on their customer care number 18002009001 but it was not resolved. The company has been now taken over by Independent TV, I have requested 3 times to them also to restore the broadcasting services but they are also not paying any interest to it.

When a company is sold out, why is the interest of consumer not kept in mind. The reliance digital TV must refund my one year subscription and also get new set-up box of Independent TV installed.
