Last year I purchased Vivo v5 Mobile from reliance digital Hubli vidya Nagar branch that time I have taken 1 extra warrantee from reliance office. Last month my Mobile is damaged because of company default so I given 18/04/2018 in resq office. This is one of the reliance branch now I am asking my to resq service center they are telling that we are not ready to give your Mobile if u want to complain go and complain this type of they are telling. Please help Me sir. Thanks
