Cheating and fraud: Hoax scheme. No response from customer service - Reliance Big TV

I have been a subscriber of Reliance Big TV for the past 8 years. I came across a scheme of Rs. 2499/- and with great expectation opted for it which claimed to have 2 years of paid channels and 5 yrs of other channels. Ever since I paid for this scheme in January, 2018, I am unable to get any of the channels. I contacted customer service a million times over the past 4 months and every time got the same stupid response!! It was apparently a technical problem which they claimed would resolve in 24 hours. I have been waiting since 4 months for your 24 hours!! Please do let me know if your 24 hours is over??!!
I have come to realize that this might be a scam or hoax. None of the promises have been kept so far by Reliance Big-TV. Please do not misguide people like this. Kindly take this matter seriously and either give me my full subscription of channels or refund all my hard earned money without further delay.

I hope you will rise to the occasion and resolve the issue immediately.

    I am also one of the victim of Big TV fraud. If you had paid the booking money through credit card than you raise the dispute through your bank as I had done. You will get your money back within 15 days if you had paid through credit card only.
