I was staying in a property managed by nestaway.com. the property was delisted by house owner in August from nestaway.com. Since then I have been constantly following up with them to refund my security deposit of 50000 but instead of refunding my money, they have adjusted it against August September October and November rent. Nestaway has shutdown it's customer care and are unreachable. If I create a ticket they close it without taking any action. I am feeling harrassed and very depressed due to their actions and demand immediate action.
