I purchased one led smart VU tv from flipKart on last month October big billian days,The Actual delivery date is 25th of october 2018 but we are not received my product on time but the product status changed as delivered. hence I raise a concern through costoomer care support team multiple times but they are not resolved my issue. Finally we directly trace my product and collected from logistic team 9th of november 2018. since 12th of november 2018 the product is not working and callled customer team since they are not resolving my issue.
