Non receipt of the order even after 15 days of placing the order and making the payment

I had placed an order with Rediff on 29th May 2016 for a yellow Citrine Gemstone worth Rs. 798. I made the payment online through my Debit card. The problem is that it is already 13th June and the company people have neither sent me any updates regarding the order status nor delivered my order. I mailed 4-5 times and every they say that they will get back in 24 hrs which they never do. When I called up they said that they have handed over the product to the courier on 31st itself. I asked for the Tracking details and they gave me wrong details. Next time they said that the order cannot be tracked because it is only handed to the courier and is not in transit yet. They are not even ready to refund my amount. Kindly help me to get back my amount.
